HOW DO I GET STARTED?

All you need to do is fill in the EJ Fit enquiry form online. Make sure you mention what type of results you are after and any other training requests you may have (e.g. any injuries, if you prefer to train at a certain time of day, how many sessions a week you would like, etc). I will then contact with you within 48 hours of receiving your online enquiry to discuss getting started.

I HAVEN’T DONE ANY EXERCISE IN A FEW YEARS. CAN I JUMP STRAIGHT INTO PERSONAL TRAINING / PILATES?

Definitely, Pilates and Personal Training caters for all fitness levels. Combining these sessions with your fitness routine is a great way to blast through barriers and achieve your fitness goals faster. Before starting you’ll need to complete a medical screening form and potentially require clearance from your doctor. To get started, simply fill in the EJ Fit enquiry form.

DO YOU CATER FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE INJURIES OR CONDITIONS?

Yes, Pilates and / or Personal Training is a great option if you have any concerns about exercising. I can develop a fitness program to allow all individuals to participate safely and effectively. CAN I TRAIN IF I’M PREGNANT?

YES! Exercise is great for pregnancy! Doctors do not advise to try a new workout while pregnant, if a client was training regularly before they got pregnant, they can continue to come as long as they feel comfortable.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO A SESSION?

Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and correct footwear (proper trainers). All you need to bring to a session is a drink bottle, a mat, a towel, and a positive attitude!
