At EJ Fit, you will not find a “one-size-fits-all” fitness program. I understand that each individual has specific objectives not only in their fitness goals, but also in the time and budget they wish to dedicate to a fitness plan. That’s why I offer a number of different service options. Whether you wish to work out with me in person or online, I will tailor a program that is perfect just for you.

 

PILATES 1:1

My private sessions are individually tailored based on your body, your needs and your goals. I work with you one-to-one utilizing the entire Pilates system to customize and focus on your individual needs. In specific cases, I can modify exercises for an injury, chronic pain or other requirements. I ensure that you will get the best from your workout!

 

PERSONAL TRAINING 1:1

My private sessions are carefully designed, taking into consideration not only your goals, but also your level of fitness, your understanding of exercise principles, and your realistic level of commitment. I will be right there to guide you every step of the way!

PILATES SHARE-A-COACH

If you need personalized attention but would like to share your Pilates experience with friends or family, Share-a-Coach sessions are the way to go. These sessions provide personalized care while safely and intelligently challenging your balance, control, and concentration through various exercise sequences. These partner sessions are a great way to stay safe and keep moving!

 
 

PERSONAL TRAINING SHARE-A-COACH

Shared sessions offer all the benefits of a private session x 2!
Come with a family member, a friend, or a co-worker and you will both receive the personal guidance from me, while also sharing time together. I’m always finding more ways to motivate my clients! 
Sharing a session with someone you know is one way of doing so!

My online sessions are individually tailored based on your body, your needs and your goals.
